Order Cancellation:

If the order hasn’t shipped, contact us at +1-833-879-9376 or support@vociclift.com to cancel.

If the order is in transit, we’ll attempt to recall it. If successful, a recall fee applies. If not, refuse the delivery or email us to start the return process.
Refusal of Delivery:

Notify us immediately if refusing delivery to avoid refund/exchange delays. For damaged/defective items, send photos and your order number to support@vociclift.com.
30-Day Returns:

Most items can be returned within 30 days if in original condition and packaging. Email "Order Return Request" with order details and images. Unauthorized returns or delays may result in rejection. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection.
Pay Attention to Below Matters when Request Return:
- Ensure the product is brand new, undamaged and retains the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
- Send an email to the customer service team at support@vociclift.com with the subject "Order Return Request," providing your order number, product information, and images or videos proving the issue.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and any resulting return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
- Make sure you dispatch the item within 5 days once your return request has been approved. Any delays may result in rejection of the return, with refund being unavailable.
- When you send back the package, please update the return package tracking number to support@vociclift.com.
We will follow up with the process from here. Once returned package is received and confirmed, we’ll arrange refund within 3 working days.
Exceptions:

Bundle discounts, items returned after 30 days, opened personal-use products, or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.
These exceptions do not apply if your product is damaged or defective. In such cases, contact the customer service team, and we will work with you to find the best solution.

Return Shipping Fees:

You cover fees for personal reasons (e.g., wrong item). VOCICLIFT covers fees for damaged, incorrect, or defective items. Provide photos/videos for faster resolution.
Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-7 business days. Contact your payment provider if delays occur.
Exchanges:

Lost Packages:

Email support@vociclift.com with your order and tracking number. We’ll initiate a claim with the shipping company, which may take up to 7 days.
