Confirmation Email Before Delivery
After your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately. There will be 24 hours for you to confirm whether you have any changes. If no confirmation reply is received within 24 hours, your order will be auto-confirmed and proceed to shipment.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders within the US mainland. Please note that shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Guam, and Puerto Rico. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination fast and securely. We also offer free flat-rate shipping on all our products to most destinations.

Processing
We will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 1-3 business days.
Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time. If you have any issues with your order, you can submit a ticket to our Support Center for further assistance. Our dedicated CS team will contact you within 24 hours. If you would like a special arrangement for your package, please email us at support@vociclift.com. Generally, the delivery will take 7-15 business days. We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

Delivery
Your package will be dispatched with UPS, FedEx, or other freight options. If you would like a special arrangement for your package, please email us at support@vociclift.com.

Generally, the delivery will take 7–15 business days. We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Track Your Order
After the package is dispatched, we will email you the tracking number as soon as it is shipped so you can search for it online. You can also log in to your account on the Vociclift website and track your order using the up-to-date logistic information.

Tax
The price indicated includes anticipated sales tax and you needn't pay for extra sale tax.
